- 1/2 c. Unsalted butter
- 1/2 c. Packed brown sugar
- 1/4 c. Granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/4 c. All-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 c. m&m’s (extra for topping)
- 1/2 c. Crushed pretzels
How to Make Brown Butter M&M Pretzel Cookie Recipe
- In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter and brown it for about 5-7 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool.
- In a large bowl or kitchen aid, mix the browned butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
- Add the egg and vanilla extract, mixing well.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together dry ingredients (flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt).
- Combine wet and dry ingredients, mixing until just combined.
