What you’ll need for this small quiche recipe:
- Pie crust: use either pre-made or homemade pie crust, divided into 24 smaller crusts
- Eggs: a key ingredient for any good quiche recipe
- Cream or half and half: this ingredient mades the filling fluffy and light
- Vegetable or meat filling: choose your favorite variety of vegetables or meat. My favorites include green bell pepper, spinach, broccoli, and bacon. Make sure to cook your meat before assembling the individual quiche recipe.
- Salt & Pepper: season your quiche with a pinch of salt and pepper or to taste

- Step 1: Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Step 2: To make the filling, whisk 8 large eggs with 3/4 cups of cream or half and half. Let it sit in the refrigerator while you prepare the other ingredients.
- Step 3: Divide your pie crust into 24 even dough balls, flattened into even sized discs. Spray a muffin tin with your favorite non-stick cooking oil, then place and shape discs into each muffin tin.
- Step 4: Add even scoops of your vegetable or meat filling to each mini quiche. Then, add your egg mixture to each quiche, leaving at least 1/2 inch at the top. Add salt and pepper to taste, and top with cheese (if desired).
- Step 5: Bake for 25-28 minutes. Let quiches cool before popping them out of the muffin tins with a spoon.
