Instructions
Warm tortillas in a skillet until soft.
4 large flour tortillas
Add rice to the center of each tortilla.
2 cups chipotle cilantro lime rice
Top with beans and chicken.
2 cups chipotle pinto beans,
2 cups chipotle chicken
Add salsa and guacamole.
1 cup fresh salsa,
1 cup guacamole
Fold sides inward and roll tightly.
Optional: Toast seam side down in a skillet before serving.
Notes
Warm tortillas before rolling to prevent tearing.
Do not overfill for easier wrapping.
