Method
- Add all ingredients to a saucepan and stir on medium heat until sugar has dissolved.
- Lower heat to low-medium and heat for 5 minutes. Do not let it simmer or boil.
- Remove from heat and let cool before transferring into a glass jar. Enjoy!
Notes
- Adjust sweetness: Feel free to adjust the amount of sugar or maple syrup to suit your taste.
- Pumpkin spice blend: If you don’t have pumpkin pie spice, you can make your own by combining equal parts cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and ginger.
- Storage: Store the syrup in an airtight jar in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.

- Consistency: If the syrup thickens too much in the fridge, simply warm it up slightly before using.
