Healthier Pumpkin Spice Latte Syrup Recipe
This is my favorite pumpkin spice latte syrup recipe, but a healthier version! It's two steps and it only takes 6 minutes to make!

Ingredients

water

coconut sugar
or sugar of choice
1/2
cups
maple syrup
1
tbsp
pumpkin pie spice
or equal parts cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, ginger
1/4
cup
pumpkin puree
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a saucepan and stir on medium heat until sugar has dissolved.
Lower heat to low-medium and heat for 5 minutes. Do not let it simmer or boil.
Remove from heat and let cool before transferring into a glass jar. Enjoy!
Notes
Adjust sweetness
: Feel free to adjust the amount of sugar or maple syrup to suit your taste.
Pumpkin spice blend
: If you don’t have pumpkin pie spice, you can make your own by combining equal parts cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and ginger.
Storage
: Store the syrup in an airtight jar in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
How to Use
: Perfect for lattes, coffee, tea, or even as a topping for pancakes and desserts!
Consistency
: If the syrup thickens too much in the fridge, simply warm it up slightly before using.
