- 1 pizza dough
- ½ cup pizza sauce
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese
- 10 pepperoni slices
- 1/4 cup mushroom sliced
- Black pepper to taste
- Italian seasoning to taste
Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
On a floured surface, roll out the pizza dough. Transfer it onto a baking sheet or pizza stone.
Spread pizza sauce over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
Sprinkle mozzarella evenly across the pizza.
Add the pepperoni and sliced mushrooms across the pizza, spacing them evenly. Feel free to add any other desired toppings.
Sprinkle black pepper and Italian seasoning to taste.
Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the crust is golden.
