Ingredients
  

  • 1 pizza dough
  • ½ cup pizza sauce
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 10 pepperoni slices
  • 1/4 cup mushroom sliced
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Italian seasoning to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
  • On a floured surface, roll out the pizza dough. Transfer it onto a baking sheet or pizza stone.
  • Spread pizza sauce over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
  • Sprinkle mozzarella evenly across the pizza.
  • Add the pepperoni and sliced mushrooms across the pizza, spacing them evenly. Feel free to add any other desired toppings.
  • Sprinkle black pepper and Italian seasoning to taste.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the crust is golden.
  • Let the pizza cool slightly, then slice and enjoy!

Notes

  • Adding Asiago cheese gives an extra tangy, cheesy kick.
  • If you prefer extra crispiness, pre-bake the crust for a few minutes before adding toppings.
  • Add any desired vegetables to make your pizza more interesting.
