Roasted Broccoli

Made with broccoli, olive oil, salt, and pepper, this easy roasted broccoli recipe is sure to taste amazing!

Ingredients
  

  • 3 florets broccoli (or 1 bag of pre-cut broccoli)
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • salt & pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cut your broccoli into florets (if you have a head of broccoli) and lay them on the baking sheet evenly.
  3. Drizzle generously with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Bake for 30-35 minutes until crispy on the outside and soft when poked with a fork.

Notes

  • Serve and garnish with fresh herbs, parmesan, garlic, or lemon.
