Roasted Broccoli

broccoli
(or 1 bag of pre-cut broccoli)

olive oil
salt & pepper
to taste
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Cut your broccoli into florets (if you have a head of broccoli) and lay them on the baking sheet evenly.
Drizzle generously with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Bake for 30-35 minutes until crispy on the outside and soft when poked with a fork.
Notes
Serve and garnish with fresh herbs, parmesan, garlic, or lemon.
