Roquefort Dressing Recipe
This creamy Roquefort dressing recipe is tangy, rich, and just the right amount of garlicky. It’s a bold twist on classic blue cheese dressing, perfect for salads, dipping veggies, or drizzling over grilled meats. No buttermilk needed, just a quick blend and you’re done. It’s easy, flavorful, and comes out perfect every time!
Ingredients
- 8 oz Roquefort cheese crumbled
- 1 1/3 cups milk
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2.5 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 3/4 cups mayonnaise
- 4 cloves garlic
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth and creamy. (Leave a few chunks if you like it less blended.)
- Taste and adjust salt, pepper, or lemon juice as needed.
- Transfer to a jar or container and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld.
Notes
- Keeps in the fridge for up to 5 days in a sealed container.
- For a chunkier version, blend only half the cheese and stir in the rest.
