- 4 large chicken breasts
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp ginger powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp chili flakes
- 1/2 tbsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup butter melted
- 6 cloves garlic minced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp rice wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
Mix honey, butter, garlic, soy sauce, and rice wine vinegar in a slow cooker.
Combine the dry rub ingredients and coat the chicken evenly.
Place chicken in the slow cooker, covering with sauce. Cook on low for 5-6 hours or high for 2-3 hours.
Remove chicken and slice.
Whisk water and cornstarch, add to slow cooker, and cook until thickened.
Return chicken to the sauce, toss to coat, and serve with rice and green beans.
