Method
- Coat the sliced flank steak with cornstarch.
- Place the steak in the slow cooker and add beef broth, soy sauce, honey, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, rice wine vinegar, sriracha, and pepper. Mix well.
- Cook on low for 7-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Thicken the sauce with cornstarch and water mixture.
- Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
Notes
- Customize the spice level by adjusting the amount of sriracha.
- Serve the Korean beef over steamed rice or noodles for a complete meal.
