- Pizza Dough: one homemade pizza dough or your favorite one from the store
- Pizza Sauce: make some homemade pizza sauce or buy a jar from the store
- Cheese: mozzarella cheese and parmesan for the top
- Hot honey: quickly whip up some of my favorite hot honey with sriracha or try Mike’s hot honey
- Other toppings (optional): customize your pizza with toppings of your choice
- Seasonings: A sprinkle of black pepper and Italian seasoning for added flavor
How to Make Hot Honey Pizza
- Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C).
- Sprinkle flour or cornmeal onto a work surface and roll out the pizza dough. Transfer it onto a baking sheet or pizza stone.
- Evenly spread pizza sauce over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Sprinkle mozzarella on the pizza. Feel free to add any other desired toppings. Sprinkle black pepper and Italian seasoning to taste.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the crust is golden.
- Drizzle hot honey over your pizza.
