If you’ve been here for a while, you know that hot honey is one of my all-time favorite pizza toppings, because it really does balance out the saltiness of a traditional pizza. It also adds a little interesting twang that tastes amazing.
I’ve been sharing all my favorite pizza recipes for the last few months, and this one is definitely one of the top pizza recipes overall for a number of reasons!
Why You’ll Love Hot Honey Ricotta Pizza
- It balances sweet and salty – hot honey sauce is such a great topper for almost any salty pizza combination, balancing it with sweet goodness.
- It’s meatless – sometimes, it’s good to take a little break from meat-heavy meals, and this pizza has some good creaminess to it. BUT, if you want to add meat, chicken and pepperoni go great on this pizza!
- It’s soooo easy – it’s one of the easiest pizzas to make, that you’ll be able to make in just 15 minutes!
