- 1/2 lemon, juiced (1-2 tbsp juice)
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- Use fresh vegetables: The key to a delicious coleslaw is using fresh vegetables. Choose crisp and firm cabbage and carrots that are free from any bruises or blemishes.
- Shred the vegetables finely: Shredding the vegetables finely will help them absorb the dressing better and create a more cohesive salad.
