Method
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix together the oats, chopped nuts, seeds, and dried fruit in a bowl. Add in the cinnamon or spices and salt.
- Add in your coconut oil and sweetener of choice and stir to combine.
- Spread your mixture onto a parchment paper lined baking tray.
- Bake for 7 minutes. Then, stir the granola, and bake for another 7 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and let the granola cool before stirring and serving.
