Healthy Granola
This is the quickest and easiest healthy granola recipe!

- 2 cups old fashioned rolled oats
- 1 cup raw nuts chopped
- 1/4 cup coconut oil melted
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 cup dried fruit (optional) (I used dried coconut)
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1/4 cup hemp seeds
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Mix together the oats, chopped nuts, seeds, and dried fruit in a bowl. Add in the cinnamon or spices and salt.
Add in your coconut oil and sweetener of choice and stir to combine.
Spread your mixture onto a parchment paper lined baking tray.
Bake for 7 minutes. Then, stir the granola, and bake for another 7 minutes.
Remove from the oven and let the granola cool before stirring and serving.
