1 pizza dough ½ cup pizza sauce 1 cup mozzarella cheese 10 pepperoni slices 2 tbsp chopped fresh basil 3 tbsp ricotta cheese Black pepper to taste Italian seasoning to taste
Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C) and roll out the pizza dough on a baking sheet or pizza stone.
Spread pizza sauce over the dough, leaving a bit of space around the edges.
