- 1 pizza dough
- ½ cup pizza sauce
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese optional: add some Asiago cheese for extra flavor
- 10 pepperoni slices
- 10 pineapple chunks
- Black pepper to taste
- Italian seasoning to taste
Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). Roll out the pizza dough onto a lightly floured surface and transfer it to a baking sheet or pizza stone.
Evenly spread ½ cup of pizza sauce over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
Sprinkle 1 cup of mozzarella evenly across the pizza, then add a little Asiago if you want an extra cheesy bite.
Arrange the pepperoni and pineapple chunks across the pizza, spacing them evenly.
Add a sprinkle of black pepper and Italian seasoning to taste.
Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the crust is golden.
Let the pizza cool slightly, then slice and enjoy!
- Adding Asiago cheese gives an extra tangy, cheesy kick.
- If you prefer extra crispiness, pre-bake the crust for a few minutes before adding toppings.
- Using fresh pineapple? Try to cut it into small chunks for better caramelization and flavor mingling.
