½
cup

1
cup
mozzarella cheese
optional: add some Asiago cheese for extra flavor
10
pepperoni slices
10
pineapple chunks
Black pepper to taste
Italian seasoning to taste
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). Roll out the pizza dough onto a lightly floured surface and transfer it to a baking sheet or pizza stone.
Evenly spread ½ cup of pizza sauce over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
Sprinkle 1 cup of mozzarella evenly across the pizza, then add a little Asiago if you want an extra cheesy bite.
Arrange the pepperoni and pineapple chunks across the pizza, spacing them evenly.
Add a sprinkle of black pepper and Italian seasoning to taste.
Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the crust is golden.
Let the pizza cool slightly, then slice and enjoy!
Notes
Adding Asiago cheese gives an extra tangy, cheesy kick.
If you prefer extra crispiness, pre-bake the crust for a few minutes before adding toppings.
Using fresh pineapple? Try to cut it into small chunks for better caramelization and flavor mingling.
