1 9-in unbaked pie crust or try a homemade pie crust 3/4 cup sugar 1/2 tsp salt 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice 2 eggs 1 15-oz can pure pumpkin puree 1 12-oz can evaporated milk
Preheat the oven to 425°F.
In a large bowl, beat your eggs.
Mix your dry ingredients together in a small bowl (sugar, pumpkin pie spice, and salt).
Mix in your pumpkin with your eggs, then stir in the dry ingredients until combined.
Stir in evaporated milk.
Pour the mixture into your pie crust.
