Preheat the oven to 475°F.
Slice the chicken breasts in half length wise, so you have four thin pieces. Season chicken with salt and pepper. Heat a skillet with olive oil, then cook the chicken for 4 minutes per side on medium high heat, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Let it rest, then slice into bite-sized cubes.
Spread pizza sauce over each pizza crust, then add mozzarella. Top with chicken, spices, and any other toppings you’d like.
Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the cheese is bubbling. Top with hot honey before serving.
